We are sure you would appreciate that since all our products are unique pieces, there is no way we can find a similar product for replacement.
Please ensure that while returning, the product is packed properly so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit. The return shipping charge needs to be borne by the customer. The product still has its tag and label attached and is in its original packaging. The product is accompanied with its original invoice. Please note that we should receive the product within 7 days (Indian shipments) and 20 days (International shipments) of you receiving it.
In the likely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you or provide you a refund of the product only. However, we will need a photograph of the damaged or defective item, along with the state of the packaging that the products were received in, for proof within the first day of receiving the order by the customer. Please contact us within 24-hours of item received. Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is thoroughly checked before shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return of any item. If the customer gets free shipping while placing the order then also the shipping cost incurred by the company will be chargeable from the customer in case of return of the product.
After the merchandise is received by IshaJewel.Com, Subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products, we shall process a refund within 7 working days of receipt of the product/s.
Please mail us at email@example.com and inform us about the product you wish to return within 7 days (please mention the reason for return so that we can better our products/services in the future). Don’t forget to mention the SKU number on the package while sending it back.
In case of damage to the product, IshaJewel.com reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
We will not process any return/exchange if the customer does not like the product in any manner. The return policy will only be applicable in case the customer received defective/wrong/non-operational product.
